Expanded U.S. Domestic Production

At our Mt. Holly aluminum smelter, we have the capacity to produce approximately 230,000 tonnes of aluminum each year. Mt. Holly is the youngest smelter in the United States.

Meeting Customers’ needs

Our smelter is equipped with advanced casting equipment that allows us to transform molten aluminum into standard-grade ingot, sow, extrusion billet, and other value-added primary aluminum products.

These value-added products are sold at a premium compared to standard-grade aluminum, reflecting their quality and versatility.

Mt. Holly Makes News, Boosting Production to 100% capacity

Mt. Holly will increase total U.S. domestic primary aluminum production by approximately 10%. This historic milestone was celebrated with Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and our CEO, Jesse Gary.
